Hi lovelies,
The last couple of weeks have been tough on a lot of us. I know so many of you call LA home. Amid so much tragedy and loss, I’ve been lifted by the outpouring of love and support I’m seeing in the community. If there’s a glimmer of happiness in all this, it’s seeing us all come together and tap into our innate desire as humans to help each other.
This podcast was recorded before all of this happened. I debated whether or not now was the time to return from the holiday hiatus. But I truly believe that in times like these, self-care is not just important, it’s paramount. This will be a marathon, not a sprint. Take time to care for yourself. Rest often.
Hoping this episode gives you some ideas and a little healing wisdom.
Sending love,
Jenny
Mighty, Mighty Minerals
In this episode, Kirsten and I delve into minerals. Magnesium, copper, selenium, zinc, iodine, trace minerals, and lots more. Minerals are so important to have in our diet and our routines. But it really matters where they are sourced and the types you use.
Minerals are essential nutrients that our body needs to function properly. They are great for our skin. They can help with detoxification. They can help with sleep. And help keep acne at bay.
In short: minerals are amazing!
Learn which ones I love, the best way to get them, and what they are good for.
Enjoy!
