Hi lovelies,
Just a reminder of our very rare sale end Monday!
*Remember to add the free items to your cart*
Now that we have that covered, this week we combine two of my favorite tools for self-compassion and self-care:
Hape and Facials.
Hape is an amazing plant medicine. It helps to clarify so much. It’s deeply nourishing.
And Facials similarly are super nourishing obviously for the skin, but also the soul.
We dive deep on facials and everything you’ve always wanted to know about them. How to get the most out of them. And tons of wisdom from my +28 years as an esthetician has taught me.
If you have questions about anything we discuss this week. This is a NO JUDGEMENT zone. Drop a comment or message me directly.

A little Hape how-to:
Set an intention.
Take big cleansing belly breaths.
Take a final cleansing breath. Hold it.
Place the pipe to the nose. Hold your breath.
Whoever is administering the Hape does that. Start with the left.
Now release the breath.
Don’t swallow the Hape, spit it into a bowl. Feed it back to the plant.
This is the pipe I mentioned that I gifted Kirsten.
