The ultimate wellness drinks
What two pros drink to look and feel their best every day.
Hi lovelies,
If you’ve heard us on the podcast, you know that Kirsten and I love our morning drinks. Kirsten has her ride-of-die long life drink. When you look at her, you know she is doing something good. I have a few, depending on what I need more of. As you know, I’m a big believe in food as medicine/skincare. And these drinks are my starting point.
If you’re looking for an easy, repeatable wellness ritual that actually delivers, I’d consider a morning drink.
Below is a borderline insane accounting of what we use and why.
Make it your own. Mix and match. And Enjoy!
Jenny’s Every Day Green Drink
My ride-or-die, drink it every day, drink for overall wellness, beauty, and feeling my best. And it’s delicious. High vibrations to the max.

Jenny’s Summer Beauty Drink
Summer Beauty is my glow go-to smoothie. Super nourishing, creamy, hydrating, and chock full of nutrition. If I have a big event and need to look fresh and bright, I mix this up. I often wear my RadicalSeeker Honey Mask while I’m making it, as the one-two punch can’t be beat.

This is an amazing skin tonic. If I need my client to look hydrated before a big event, this is my go-to. It will make your skin glow.
Ingredients:
(1) 1 fresh young coconut. Using a coco jack, scrape out the coconut meat and water - for hydration.
(1) scoop of Kos spirulina powder - for all-round radiance.
(1) handful of add spring water ice - for more hydration, baby.
Blend or stir and enjoy.
Jenny’s Wind Down Night Tonic
Kirsten has her sleepy time tea, I have this. Not only does golden milk improve sleep, it gives you a huge immune boost. AND, it’s super helpful to my aching joints, which has been a real thing for me since perimenopause kicked in, which you know if you listened to that episode of the podcast. I love this ritual to unwind and set myself up for great sleep hygiene. Sleep is when your skin heals best (which is why I developed MoonLitFromWithin Face Oil), and there’s not much that can beat it, besides hydration, for wellness and beauty.
Ingredients:
(1) scoop Anima Mundi Golden Milk - for anti-inflammatory benefits and immune support.
(2) cups of coconut milk - for hydration.
(½) tbs coconut oil - for metabolism support and skin-nourishing properties.
(1) tsp ground organic turmeric - for powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
(1) pinch of black pepper - for enhancing turmeric absorption and digestion.
(1) dash of cardamon - for its warming, digestive, and circulation-boosting properties.
(1) tbs Terra Soul Lucuma powder - for sweetness, trace minerals, and beta-carotene.
(1) tbs maple syrup or local honey - for sweetness and inflammation.
Blend and enjoy.
Kirsten’s Long Life Drink
This is a drink that’s been going around in wellness circles for decades. I’ve added my own twist, of course. It tackles digestion, energy, and recovery. This drink is my religion.
Ingredients:
(2) scoop Organic Psyllium Husk - for gut & microbiome health
(1) scoop of Anima Mundi Protein Powder - for muscle strength
(1) scoop of Perelel Green Powder - for the antioxidants and energy. Sakara Protein Green Powder is good too, as a 2-in-1 option.
(1) scoop of Cymbiotika Creatine - for strength and brain health.
(1) small scoop of Moon Juice Ashwagandha - for stress and cortisol regulation. I also like Anima Mundi’s.
(1) packet of Pique Life Vitamic C - for collagen production
(1) small scoop of Codeage Amino Acids - for energy, mental clarity, and metabolic health
(20) drops of Earth Harmony Methylene Blue - for clarity and focus. We have a podcast episode we’re working on about it—stay tuned!
(1/8) cup of Raw Cranberry Juice - for inflammation
Fill the rest of the cup with cold spring water for hydration
Shake and drink. I live for my Blender Bottle. This is a fancier one by Visp that’s electric that’s also nice.
